There may be an initial one-off charge to cover additional time taken on the first clean. This will be explained upon sign up or when we speak to you. Prices below are to be used as a guide and maybe subject to change upon viewing the property. If you are unhappy with a clean, we will return the same or the next day to re-clean.

As a rule of thumb people prefer their conservatory roofs cleaned three times per year. Fascia boards and gutter cleans tend to be 1-2 times per year.
For your first clean only there maybe a one-off charge to cover the additional time taken on the initial clean. This varies, depending on house size and/or frequency of ongoing, recurring cleans. We will be happy to explain further.
